The Shakti (energy) that is Durga is our witnessing presence. She is the source power that allows us to meet life‘s challenges with grace and steadiness. This goddess (energy) resides within each and everyone of us as the power of love. Beneath the shape shifting of the thinking mind this power is always there, dwelling in the seat of the heart. The source power of this love, along with many other internal resources, is there to help us and hold through times of change and uncertainty.
