This class invites us into the grounding force that resides within the lower architecture of our being. The earth element is where all life begins. Equally, the feet and legs underpinned all the systems of our body. Creating a generous relationship with the earth, and the stabilising frequency of our lower body, initiates a sense of calm and sturdiness within the self. It anchors the fluctuating landscape of the mind deeply back into the home that is our own flesh and bones.
