Join for me for this journey through the core towards our peak pose of pincha mayurasana in one of Sydney's iconic spots. Together we will strengthen the arms, shoulders, core, and back. Practicing this will help improve your balance and overcome your fear of falling (especially if you have water to fall into!). As an inversion, you will get increased blood flow to the brain, which can help relieve stress, and we'll laugh along the way so either way, I hope you leave with a smile.
