Join Yoga teacher Ari for this beautiful hour long Mandala Magic flow class set against one of Australia's iconic beaches. Mandala classes are sequenced so you move on your yoga mat in a circle, allowing you to tap into all areas of your body. This flow class is designed specifically to help get you into your hips, hamstrings and to deeply open your shoulders and chest. You will slowly work towards some deep heart opening back bending.
Enjoy the natural state of your breath, the expression of how you move personally through the flow and really allow yourself to drop in and tune into the feeling of freedom and liberation this class with give you. Ari will well and truly take you on a movement journey where you will deeply reconnect to yourself.
