We give you support structures that enable you to move into each pose, from a place of safety and with intelligence, using a very conscious breath. Intent for this practice is to breathe smoothly + relax your neck. A rounded sequence that includes Alternative Nostril Breathing, FY abs (a game changer!), suns + a standing pose sequence to start building leg strength.
