I created this class during lockdown with the intent to breathe in a way that brings brightness to your whole core (from pelvis to crown) - feel for hope, trust and courage. Sequence includes Forrest Yoga abs, and a delicious B series that creates spaciousness throughout the core and culminates in Standing Balancing Twist. You'll need 2 blocks and a strap.
