Hamstrings can be our nemesis. How can we soften and allow them to open gently, without force or risk of injury? Intent is to soothe and soak your hamstrings in a fresh energy and a kind, curious breath.... giving them permission to release at an organic rate.

Props required: Blocks, Strap, Towel
