I am a 55 year old woman who has been practicing yoga for 35 years & teaching/teacher training for 16. I live with 2 injuries & can honestly say that I have never been, or felt, stronger in my life.
Forrest Yoga has taught me many things but the one that roars above all is this: there is ALWAYS something you can do. I invite you to practice from this premise & ask yourself: What am I able to do? & then do it with a conscious & curious breath.
If you are a seasoned yogi, be willing to step out of habitual practice & listen with acute attention - you may feel into places you have never felt before.
If you are a beginner, start with the foundation practices.
If you are a mid-life yogi, enjoy the slowing down.
