This is the 4th class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the elements of a pilates class. In this class you will create the foundation of alignment for spinal articulation and movements of spinal flexion, extension and rotation. The exercises included are the saw, mermaid, spine stretch, and rocker. Suitable for those new to pilates, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options to modify.
