This is class 2 of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the structure of a regular class. In this class you will build warrior-like strength and stability in your legs as you move through a series of standing postures such as Warrior 1, Warrior 2 and crescent lunge. Suitable for those new to yoga, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options.
