Join Christian from the beautiful headland of Clovelly, Sydney for a 30 minute hip and hamstring focused class. This class is perfect if you are short on time and still wish to get in a quick flow, move your body, work up a sweat and connect to your breath.
You will need a block (or book) for the practice.
