Join Yoga teacher Christian for a challenging and fun back bending and hip opening class with a special focus on leading up into two, one minute wheels holds. The goal will be 1 minute per hold - don’t worry if you can’t make 1 minute the first time or second time around. Just be proud you just did the longest wheel you have ever done.
This class is the second for the three part wheel holds series by Christian, each designed for improvement and to lengthen the amount of time in this juicy backbend.
You will need a block (or a book) for the practice.
