This class will introduce you to the most common seated postures in order to create length in your spine. These postures are grounding and focus more on flexibility than strength. Learning to sit comfortably on the floor will create freedom to release and open the body with less effort and greater ease. These postures also will help in preparing for meditation and mindful breathing.
