This is the 1st class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the structure of a regular class. In this class you will create the foundation of your yoga practice with this energising sequence of Sun Salutations that link the body, breath and mind. The postures included are standing mountain, plank, cobra, child's pose and forward fold. Suitable for those new to yoga, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options.
