Happy Halloween! It’s time to bind! Start off with the breath of JOY to amp you up as you progress through sun salutations and dabble in variations of warrior 2, side angle and half moon. Binds offer a juicy way to build heat, clear out stagnation and experience new sensations in your body. The focus is on opening the shoulders and challenging traditional postures with a little twist of something different. As always, enjoy your practice.
