This class progresses through a series of spinal motions that mobilize the spine and pelvis by arching, curling, bending, twisting and spiraling. We’ll move through warriors, lunges and camel pose to create more freedom of movement. Expect to unstick the sticky bits, improve posture and finish feeling energized!
