This is the 3rd class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the elements of a pilates class. In this class you will create the foundation of alignment for back work to strengthen the posterior chain and lengthen the entire back body. This can help alleviate back pain and improve posture. The exercises included are the swan dive, swimming, and alternate arm/leg lifts. Suitable for those new to pilates, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options to modify.
