Join me as I take my son Jye through this flying therapeutics sequence. I highly suggest you practice the basics and get comfortable with you having your flyer on your feet before you move on to more advanced flying. It will take time for you build strength in your arms, legs and stabilise your core to make it comfortable for you flyer. This sequence opens up the front of the body which can serve a lot of problems in the back and torso. Always make sure you flyer is super safe and can relax in the positions.
