’m going to turn you into a human pretzel, but in the sweetest way possible! In this class we will explore opening the hips and hamstrings as well as internal shoulder rotation, working towards a handful of things including bird of paradise and bound wide angle forward fold. It’s not about what you’re doing, but about your attitude when you’re doing it. Keep it sweet.
