It takes courage and strength to be vulnerable and this is what backbending is all about. Not only do we focus on finding space and flexibility in the front body and spine, but we work from a place of stability and strength in the back body. In this class we will work towards Urdvha Dhanurasana and yes, we will be doing the four step progression. If you’ve done it before with me, you know it’s no joke, but it sure is effective. This class is like a shot of espresso, it’s the perfect way to wake you up.
