We love an alliteration! This class has a little bit of everything and let’s face it, most classes do. This is a practice that focuses on the balance between holding on and letting go. We need both at different times in our lives and making it all happen gracefully takes practice. This one is really a yogi’s buffet, with a bit of something for everyone, but you can expect a handful of twists and back strengthening that will progressively work towards some backbends, binds and balances.
