Yoga is the path of the middle and this class does just that, it encourages balance. Through balancing on our hands and balancing on our feet, we work to create steadiness, stability and ease. The intention is to take this balance off the mat and cultivate a sense of moderation in everything we do, moving away from extremes and towards the middle.
