This kundalini breathwork practice is focused on awakening the sushumna nadi, or the central axis of the spine through spinal wave motions in conjunction with conscious breath. Through stoking the mulabandha (pelvic floor activation), you will start to draw kundalini energy up from the base chakras like a hydrolic pump. After the spine is activated, you will be invited into a visualization to see the rise of kundalini energy ascend through the spine and out of the head like a fountain of energy. This class is designed to help you to connect more deeply with your prana, or life force energy.
