In this express 15 min ~ morning breathwork routine, we activate the energy body through skull shining (purification) breath, breathing of fire, sun piercing breath and humming bee breath. These practices will help you clear mental and emotional debris in your system to prepare you for the day. Please practice on an empty stomach, after you've cleared your bowels and ideally before caffeine intake.
