This video contains a beginner level of yogic breathing techniques to help you soften the nervous system in preparation for a shamanic journey for healing the body. A shamanic journey activates your creative imagination and your inner visualization to create new sensations and states of being within. For this particular journey, we focus on shifting any old aches, pains or even feelings of mental/emotional stiffness that could use a bit of letting go.
