This is the 2nd class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the elements of a pilates class. In this class you will create the foundation of alignment for lower body movements to create strength, stability and cohesion with the rest of your body resulting in more efficient day to day movement. The exercises included are squats, lunges, clams and bridges. Suitable for those new to pilates, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options to modify.
