Though this flow is a level 2 flow, you are invited to take things down a notch and skip the inversions. Throughout the flow, there will be various hip openers, core work and standing balance poses. The invitations to inversions in this practice are crow, handstand, headstand and shoulder stand. The purpose of this class is to flow, so only move into the inversions if you have workshopped them in a live class, or feel free to skip them and enjoy the class inversion free.
