JuJu originally hails from NZ where her love for dance and performing brought her to Sydney in 2011. After introducing Pilates as part of her dance training, she experienced first hand its transformative benefits in both her strength and conditioning. She loves that Pilates combines both toning and grace to create healthy stabilized muscles and joints. Her infectious energy and smart sequencing is perfect for both the experienced and beginning Pilates practitioner. Juliet's training includes STOTT Pilates Reformer, STOTT Pilates Mat Work, and Barre Attack.
