In this Strengthen Your Shoulders class JuJu will use a theraband and guide your exercises that will engage your triceps, biceps, deltoids and rhomboides. Having strong shoulder muscles can improve your planks , handstands and back bends. JuJu has incorporated some awesome exercises for shoulder mobility and back extension to improve your posture.
