This is the 1st class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the elements of a pilates class. In this class you will create the foundation of alignment for upper body movements to assist with better posture and functional movement patterns within the body. The exercises included are the push-up, tricep push-up, front support and reverse table top. Suitable for those new to pilates, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options to modify.
