Kate shares yoga believing, very passionately, that every person has the right to feel supported, whole and well. The mind-body practices are powerful opportunities for self- awareness, nurturing, exploration, transformation and growth and Kate invites a tuning inwards and permission for organic and intuitive response.
She draws inspiration from everyday life, philosophical inquiry/interpretation and the ways we want and deserve to feel. Kate is inspired by an unwavering commitment to offer tools and techniques to create balance and ease in the way and pace we move through the world, and pathways to replenishment, calm and connection.
Her own practice was ignited 10 years ago when she discovered it was a potent opportunity to escape the busy and where the world fell quiet. She remains humbled, curious and grateful to continue the journey alongside others.
