Liana has a unique approach to Yoga. She sees it as a path to experience freedom, love, inner strength and happiness. Her knowledge and expertise in Chakras, Emotional Healing, Yoga & Meditation make her classes a way to connect, expand and heal.
Liana has been involved with Yoga and Meditation since her late teens and since then she has studied with international teachers in South America, Australia and Indonesia, her teachings are inspired by Shaivism Tantra.
Liana is originally from Brazil and in 2008 moved to Sydney/Aus where she lives with her husband and her 3 year old Benjamin.
