A full body barre workout with a mash up of cardio, toning and sculpting exercises on and off the barre. Simple choreography to allow you to find your challenge zone. The first half of this class is a blend of moderate cardio along with exercises to tone and chisel the legs. To finish, the focus switches to mat floor exercises for the upper body and core.
