This is the 5th class of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the elements of a pilates class. In this class you will create the foundation of alignment for core work and movements that strengthen your core to assist with whole-body balance and stability. The exercises included are the plank, side plank, teaser, and scissor variations. Suitable for those new to pilates, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options to modify.
