Join me in the beautiful city of Darwin for a core workout that centres around the effective bodyweight exercise known as 'The Plank'. Planks help develop primarily the core muscles as well as your shoulders, arms and glutes. Working through our standard, knee and side plank variations we will endeavour to maintain our form whilst developing endurance.
