Our backs are made up of over a hundred muscles which are generally under utilised in the digital world we now find ourselves. The goal of this back strengthening class is to condition the muscles to better support the spine, and assist in preventing back pain. We will also work on developing better glute and core strength which is essential for a healthy pain free lower back.
