Shape and tone chest and core with this functional strength and conditioning workout suitable for all fitness levels. For this workout you need a set of dumbbells, a mat, and your own body weight. Although there is a body part focus, we still exercise all body parts to create balance and symmetry, and finish with restorative stretching to calm the nervous system and bring your body back to balance.
