This fast pace practice is based on ashtanga primary series. We will move through a similar sequence to an ashtanga class but we ll skip a few vinyasas at the end so we can include backhands and inversions. Do your best to keep up with the breath even if it’s a little faster than normal, your savasana can be lush and long. Please use props if required and listen to your body - you know your body best.
