In this series we take the chance to simplify, drop deep and breathe through whatever comes up. Each part we take a pose and ‘steep’ in that shape for 5 mins and then rebound release and ‘soak’ in the magic of our efforts and receive. This session is inner and outer seams of the body and legs, hip openers and twists.
Props required: Blocks, Blanket, Bolster, Towel
