This is an all levels practice to unwind the body & mind if you've had a big day or are feeling stressed or anxious - this class offers you some down time. We work with Yin shapes, Pranayama (breathwork) & Kriya Meditation to invite a sense of calm. This could even be your pre sleep routine, a bit of Bed Yoga!
