This is class 5 of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the structure of a regular class. In this class you will ignite the fire in your core and dissolve tension in your hips through a series of seated twists, hip openers and forward folds such as boat pose, ardha matsyendrasana, paschimottanasana, and gomukhasana. Suitable for those new to yoga, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options.
