Rachael is a yoga teacher, Play School presenter, mother, and story teller. Her heart lies in the act of creating, across many forms, sharing stories and yoga philosophy in a playful, authentic and meaningful way.
In her 20 year career as a story-teller, she has written, directed, produced and performed in film, tv and theatre in Australia, the UK and US. She's danced on the Play School stage for thousands of ecstatic toddlers, developed engaging television for kids, and written award-winning theatre for the complex brains of teenagers.
Over the past decade, she's shared the movement and philosophy of yoga with urban yogis, explored the incredible stories of young people in remote NT, and used the creative to inspire and educate leaders in the corporate space. Passionate about collaborating and connecting, she believes we should THRIVE, not survive. She loves the conscious act of making, and empowering people to find their joy.
Her classes are a creative exploration into the philosophy and psychology of yoga. Rachael is eternally grateful to all her teachers, especially Mary Ezraty, Manorama, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Yogeswari, Katie Manitsas, Jessica Stickler, Eileen Hall, Bianca Machliss and Katie Agnew.
