Flow through well paced sun salutations with creative additions interwoven throughout targeting the glutes, hips and core. Challenging your balance and strength with fun variations of standing figure four,Half Moon and Turbo Garland pose.
Leaving plenty of time to find a deeper stretch in postures such as half and full Pigeon pose. Easing into the space created for happy ,healthy hips and a calm easeful mind.
