Move through a flowing series of sun salutations interwoven with lunges and standing postures such as lightning pose, aeroplane , and fun takes on twisted lunge and side angle. All the while building heat, vitality and strength as we take a mindful approach to movement. Concluding the practice with pigeon pose to recalibrate in body mind and energy.
