Move your entire body with this breath centred feel good flow . Take a little time right at the start to centre within the breath allowing this to be your focus and guide as we build the practice together. Enjoy well paced sequencing that will work into all those tight pent up places. To welcome spaciousness and strength from the inside out. Open the chest and upper back with variations of Eagle Pose and Humble warrior. Challenge your strength, focus and balance with a Standing splits to curtsey lunge sequence. Concluding with a beautiful deep quad and hip flexor stretch leaving plenty of time to rest and digest in Savasana.
