Rebecca first started practicing yoga out of a book at age 17 when she was told she would never become a professional dancer unless she sorted out her posture! Since then, Yoga and Pilates have become the backbone of her health.
After a successful dance career travelling the world, Rebecca completed her Pilates Instructor training in 2011, her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2013, followed by 350 hour training in 2014. An anatomy geek and with a passion for learning, she plans never to stop her education.
Rebecca's classes are strong, fluid, energetic and, above all, fun.
