Join Yoga and Pilates teacher Bec as she leads you through a 20 minute standing only Barre fusion class. You will be focusing mainly on glutes and moving into upper body work to finish. Barre workouts combine Ballet inspired movements with more traditional Pilates moves to provide a full body workout that intelligently strengthens and lengthens your muscles.
You will need to have your chair with you, if you cannot access a chair you can also use a bench (aim for one that is hip height). Ankle weights can be worn and used for more of a lower body challenge but are not required.
