Join Yoga and Pilates teacher Bec as she leads you through this short and sweet Pilates class designed to focus specifically on your thighs, glutes and upper body strength. This 20 minute class allows you to really target these areas to strengthen, tone and lengthen in a fun and dynamic way - perfect if you are limited with time, have the kids at home or are on your lunch break!

Ankle weights are optional for this class to add on as a extra challenge.
