Join Yoga and Pilates teacher Bec as she takes you through a short yet deeply nourishing hip and heart opening sequence. Designed specifically to allow you to release any tension in your hips as well as really allow you to soften open and connect into your heart.
You will need two blocks for this practice (or you can use two books or pillows!) This class is perfect for you if you are craving a more gentle flow whilst deeply connecting into your breath and body. You will leave this class feeling physically open and grounded.
