Growing your beautiful baby can certainly take its toll in your legs - carrying all of the extra weight of your baby, the placenta, amniotic fluid and extra blood volume is heavy work! Give your legs some love and improve circulation as we lengthen quads, hip flexors, calves and hamstrings. Some supportive glute work and hip openers are included too. Enjoy.
